The sun was shining, no clouds in the sky as I walked up to the pool. An incredible summer morning. Today was Butterfly day. The key to Coach Dale's lecture and pool sessions was learning what each swimmer needed to do not to survive but to swim.
2 pool sessions showed the swimmers the ins and outs of Fly.
The afternoon was spent at Gilbert Lake. Whether it was swimming, boating, or just enjoying the day all the swimmers had a memorable experience.
The evening continued Hartwick Swim Camp Survivor. Tonight's challenge was a Scavenger Hunt. A fun experience lead to Lane 4 winning the day.
Another great day to be a Swimmer and a Swimming Coach!
