I asked the campers to write down 2 things they have learned so far (1 Freestyle and 1 Backstroke).

Rylee - "The parts of the Power Phase."
Cameron - "I need a Race Plan"
Erin - "Body Roll"
Cheyanne - "Keep my body up."
Anna - "I never knew you had to have a high elbow or streamline on your side once you push off the wall."
Lucretia - "No windmill"
Becca - "Catch"
Madeline - "You need a high elbow and a good streamline (there was a smiley face made with exclamation points at the end...)"
