Backstroke and starting the DVDs...

Today was Backstroke day with Coach Paul.  The swimmers were very attentive and learned a lot.  We ended the night with Pizza and Movie Night.  It was pretty impressive watching 77 swimmers tear through the pizza.

I started making the Underwater portion of the DVDs today, Coach Paul will start the Above water portion tomorrow.  Coach Ed Denny is missed by all of us this summer...

Here is my "cave" for the next 4 days...

Goodnight from Hartwick...a trip to Gilbert Lake and Butterfly await us tomorrow.  Best to pack the sunscreen.  No paddleboat rides for me.
