The kids were just amazing. The concepts were new to some but familiar to others. The drills were well done and everyone in the pool showed improvement in some area today. Today is what coaching is all about making a difference to swimmers. It is incredible the things that kids can do when they are motivated.
We wrapped up the day with Swim Camp Survivor. Now some much needed rest.
